It seems that the PWI staff really care about the noobs in this game.

ex: When the Dragons guild (a nooby guild that didn't know how to beat the hiding in catapult technique in TW, and blamed that for their loss even though they were outnumbered 30-80) came and started complaining about this "glitch" as they called it, suddenly its bannable.

ex: When some people who don't understand the concept of winning/losing/contracts came and started complaining that they should get 1.32% exp from the myspace event (probably teenagers since grown-ups know you don't get anything for doing part of your work), a pretty nooby complaint, they extend the myspace event by 2 weeks.

in both cases it seems the PWI staff has a quick reaction when its new players complaining instead of the old MY veterans complaining.

but then again it might just be me.

    Of course they care about newbies coming to the game. Newbies are the potential customers.. the future bread and butter for the company. Also newbies who play and liked the game tends to also bring in their friends and family.

    Not everyone speaks English as a first language. =)


    I think they're just trying to listen. We complain that they're not listening, so maybe they're trying to do what's within their power to change? I don't know....

    In regards to the topic, yes they always look at the noobs complaints. They haven't put enough time into the game to be hooked. I, for one, have put too much time into my character to just up and leave over some small things... unfortunately, not even over some of the bigger things b:surrender
