I can't learn the resurrection skill...why?

I'm a level 27 cleric that is Aware of Principle. I have 264 reputation points, more than enough spirit points, and plenty of coins, but I can't learn the resurrection skill. I have tried going to a bunch of different cleric trainers but every time it says "Prerequisite skill level too low." so I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. If you have any answers they would be greatly appreciated! ^^ Thank you.

    u need one level of Blessing of the Purehearted, Ironheart Blessing and Wellspring Surge each to be able to learn Revive

    Oh, that's why. I haven't learned Wellspring surge yet, I heard that it wasn't any good. Thank you so much for your help! I really appreciate it.

    Yeah, everything you see on the skill tree that has an arrow pointing down to it, implies you need 1 level of that skill to get the next in the line.

    lol i thought that too until i saw the arrows pointing :D
