Hi all,
I'd like to help a low lvl. guildmate level up, but first I want to find out if this method is taboo.
Will we get banned if I squad with said guildmate and then go about my daily grinding (lvl. 40+ mobs) while guildmate goes about their business that way guildmate gets exp from 40+lvl mobs?
I'd like a GM to weigh in on this as well as fellow players. I don't want to get banned and I don't want to sully my guilds' reputation.
Thanks in advance

That will not work. Your friend will get little to no exp per kill.
    Main characters
Celestial Sage Venomancer Zoe - 100
    Sage Barbarian Malego - 91

Nah, power leveling doesn't work in this game.

I don't know the precise mechanics of the game, but it roughly seems to work that way : global XP and drop rates are divided by the maximum difference in levels in the group. If there's 10 and over levels of diff between the higher and the lower, grouping is a waste of time.

If you want to help your friend lvl up quick then your gonna have to help him with his quests. The fastest way to lvl is doing quests, and if you can 1 hit kill the enemies for him then he will lvl up in no time.
