Questions about dying clothes.

I bought a blouse that came in the color green and it looks real ugly. I also read somewhere that you cannot dye some clothes.

1. How do you know if you can dye your clothes?
2. Say, if you want a red blouse, do you have to get 6 red color pigments?
3. How much are pigments?
4. Where do you go to dye your clothes?

    this item can be dyed it will say "takes X pigments to dye

    yes you will need however many it says
    3. How much are pigments?
    depends on the color if your buying them off someone 50k-200k each
    or you can by from teh cash shop a random color (you dont know what you get) for 50 silver and a random pack of 10 that you have to dye teh item to get a color for 2g (i use randoms get black nearly 75% of the time)
    4. Where do you go to dye your clothes?
