Is there a quest that rewards you a makeover?

I remember someone once told me that a quest around level 20's rewarded a makeover scroll. I can't seem to find that quest and i'm already lvl.29. Does it really exist? I really need a makeover.

    Yes, there is a quest that give you a makeover scroll. I think its the one from the beauty outside of the tailor in west achro. Something about manto (can't remember).

    The quest starts around lvl 28~30, definitely not at lvl 20.

    the quest in givin to you by a npc in silver pool you have to collect rocks which the npc considers hair the rocks are underwater directly behind her but far you have 5 minutes to find the rocks so when you hail the npc standing in front of her dive straight down underwater and head about 20 meters or more and you will find several rocks to harvest and you will have your makeover scroll b:laugh
