How long did it take you to download the game?

How long did it take you to download the game?
My computer is pretty fast and other things I download they download pretty fast.
It's been about half an hour and I'm about 5% done with the installation...
I was just wondering if it took you guys long too.
Don't get me wrong, I'm excited to play, the game looks awesome. Just wonderin'.

    It took me at least 4-5 hours to download the game, my computer is old and slow so its not really surprising. but I did hear that it took 7 hours to download for someone. o.o'

    I Let It Download Over NIght, But Then I Saved The Set-up File On A Disk And Now I Have It On 2 Comps =)

    It took me 9 or more hours of download time. It took me a whole day to manage to get it downloaded.

    Sounds about right :)
    Mines been downloading for about 5 hours now. And I thought my computer was fast pfft. Haha.
    Well I thought it would be nice to have this post out there so that newbies like me would be discouraged. Thanks all!

    Best way, is to find a good public network like where you study. And download the separated part version the 4 at once. If the speed is slow download them from site you can find on the net. In about 45 minutes-1 hour it should be done.

    It took forever, I just left it on overnight, and my laptop is new too. I also have a pretty decent internet speed, so yea. This game takes a while, but you can't expect it to be uberly fast, its over 2gig.

    Yeah it took me like 4 days to download.. I'm not sure what the problem was, the speed ran roughly between 30-50kbps (Dial-Up speed basically) and I've got 1.5mbps speed - On a good day.

    Two to four hours, don't really remember. Download the version with four seperate parts, and start downloading them - and the patches - at the same time.

    It's all about your intenet connection speed, doesn't matter how fast your pc are if the connection is **** then it'll take a long time to download. Remember it's 2gb+ in size.

    I used the torrent to dl the game, take about couple of hours.

    You can have the most high end comp on earth but if you run on a 56k connection it will take insanely longer compared to someone with a crappy comp using a fast DSL connection.

    I've been downloading for about an hour and its 41%. I'm guessing it'll be another hour or so before its done.

    Oh lord.
    Mine's downloading right now, and based on the time average others have posted, I hope its worth it....I just don't hope its one that I have to uninstall then redownload 2 or 3 times for it to work, then I completely lose interest within the first few hours.

    1 hour and 14mins on Comcast's 6mb line...

    Personally I used LinuxCD.org to get it. You just give them a list of files and hit request. Simple no? Of course then I had to download a repaired form of that fourth file because PWE uploaded a messed up file.

    Edit: I just noticed they reduced the prices. $6.95 per DVD. I paid $12.95.

    umm bout da disk thing do u have to put in any old disk i mean like a disk like completly white with nothing on it or a disk CD-ROM

    I'd recommend against using this method. Perfect World Entertainment has worked with FastSpring to provide the media on a DVD for $5.99(USD). Not only is this cheaper, it's also a lot more secure.

    I used the bit-torrent, downloaded fast enough, in about 41/2 hours, but the updating took ages.

    It took 1 hour and 43 minutes from start to finish. DSL with Highest Speed available through our ISP. Have no idea what the highest speed is. :)

    Took me 4 hours total to download it. I downloaded it in four seperate parts which speeded it up.
