How to on guilding please

Hello, I am thinking of making a guild (but Im not positive yet) and I would
like a 'how to' on making, maintaining, and leading a guild.

Things I would like to know:
1. How do you start a guild?
2. What is and how do you get a guild bank?
3. Where should you keep donations for the guild?
4. Tips on being a good leader
5. What is leading a guild like?
6. As a sort of newbie, should I be attempting this?

1.level 20 and 100k, go to faction supervior at archo
2.Guild Bank is bank for all guildies where they can give stuff and get stuff for free and ther eis not feauture like that in-game even tho u can use an alt char for it.
3.u keep it or an alt char
4.Be nice to the members, be strict to those breaking rules, be organized, be active, be very responsible, choose the best for guild and whats right/wrong well and lot other stuff that can;t be explained. Also good communication skill is needed.
5.a lot of sh*t going on all the time so u gotta be calm at all times and never give up even if its about to break. Believe in ur skills.
6.U can always try like I always like to be a guild leader and every single mmo i play I always run guild guess i like being a leader so all up to u.
7.u pay 2 mil to lvl it from 1-2 and 10 mil from 2-3 and u can lvl from the faction supervisor.
