Cleric Attribute Point Allocation?

Hi, I just recently started this game and I've got a lvl. 19 Cleric.

But now I'm at the point where I have to spam Plume Shell and meditate after EVERY monster encounter...

I'm just wondering.... from here on out, where should I be putting most of my points for Attributes?

I currently have:

Vit: 23
Mag: 70
Str: 11
Dex: 7
