Firstly, you need to upload it to a site such as uploadit.org or other web host, preferably in .jpg format. Then you'll use the link to that file's web address.

Or photobucket, imageshack, tinypic, etc.

ok sry for the long delay, I had to go to my girls house :P this is the screen shot I was talking about earlier. You get this quest at lv 50 and there is a slightly different version for each race. I found the correct place to go for this part of the quest using http://1perfectworld.com/quests_in/index.php/Quests/Level41To50
