Mailed Items Not Recieved

I had mailed gold and an item from one of my characters to another. Being that they're both my characters, I'm a little more than sure that I know my own character names and how to spell them, so I could not have gotten this wrong (in any case, I've learned from past gaming experiences to always double check). The mail was successfully sent from my first character, but never received on the other. Is there any way to retrieve the mail? It wasn't much, but as I'm relatively new to this game and have very low lvl characters, every little bit helps.

    From my experience in the game, it takes an hour to send items. b:victory

    Yeah, emailed items take about an hour to send.

    Spelling needs to be right, and the sending and the receiving characters must reside on the same servers.

    So you can not send a character you have on Heaven's Tear some schwag to use on Lost City.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    i mailed the gold and item on friday, it's sunday now and the mail still hasn't shown up. what gives?
