error message when loging on

hi i had loged on to play PWI and when i log in with the right log in name and pass i get a message say "Disconnected from server please re log in" and it log me into my char screen got that message there as well then i had re logged 5 times with the right log in name and pass with each time i logged in i got that message each time.....any idea on what cos this??

    internet i have cable i also have window vista idk if that has anything to do with it

    i checked that and nothing of the client is blocked by my firewall

    Most, but not all, firewalls are set with a deny-any implicit. You may need to set a command to explicitly allow the elementclient.exe to communicate over port 29000.

    i got a firewall that is trainable and looking over the firewall rules i don't see anything about port 29000 i do how ever have listed on IP address that my firewall allow the game and client to connect to on the net... the program i use is Defender-pro 2008 5 in 1 I can fix it but I'll need the info to add in the rule to my firewall that's should be all i need.. I forgot to say the type of info I'll need "is it a TCP connection or UDP packets" and the IP address
