Hp Charm Bug

I have lost over 150,000 hp off 2 charms do to server crashes !
This happens when your fighting and server goes down ! Your charator is logged in at mobs getting beat on and using up the charm . The last time I had 58000 on my charm and by the time I could get back on it was gone . I put in a ticket and was told to use safe log in but that doesn't seem to help because I get a count say it cann't connnect to server !

    Tips:

    1) Read the forums, they give plenty of notices about server mainentance.
    2) Log out BEFORE the specified time, you can't expect to be logged out automatically.
    3) Head towards a safe zone / city before maintenance starts.

    Really it's your own fault, so don't complain.

    callam - There are times though when the servers just lose connection w/ a few clients and they get disconnected. Servers do not shut down for maitenance, all other programs using the internet could be working fine, but your connection to the server could be lost.

    thesnake - It's unfortunate that this happens, but it's not a bug. Your character is in the server still fighting that mob even though your client has completely stopped recieving information. Even if you try as fast as you can to log back in using the Safe Log, the server waits until your character is no longer in combat in order to log it out. That usually means your death but can sometimes mean someone killing the monster you were fighting.

    The problem lies w/ a line of code in the log off sequence. If your character is in combat, you cannot log off until combat is over.
