Can Veno Solo Krixxix?

I was just wondering at what level a Veno could solo Krixxix. I'm not in a faction or anything so finding help is kind of an issue.... thanks b:bye

    Hang out in Orchid temple and ask you will find some people, There are almost always people willing to kill him.

    At a low level, no a veno cannot solo Krixxix. At higher levels, you can.

    At lv40-45 you can already solo him using a golem or other tank-type pet, just dont out-DPS your pet and keep it healed.

    Im usually around orchid helping people to kill him, if not, drop me a pm ("Klath"), if im not busy i will help out.

    At lvl 38 you still can't :-) I actually decided to abort the first heal so I could get a head start running away.

    Wow lol At 40-45 there was no way my mag could have tanked Krixx. Good job!! b:victory

    Wow lol At 40-45 there was no way my mag could have tanked Krixx. Good job!!
    A veno on my faction solo'd him at lv44 using a antilope pet (has a bit more resistance than a golem).

    A Veno can solo anything provided the level and pet are good. I know WFs that can solo TT3-3.

    So Antilopes are what you need for that guy? Which ones --- the lvl 30 from Heaven's Stair, or are there lower ones to level up? I was originally thinking to use the 3rd bag slot for the Marksman, but since I have no actual usecase for him I can just as well wait until I get the 50 fruit completed...

    'Cause even if someone says he bagged Krixxix at lvl 32, that certainly doesn't work with my golem. Neither does the "40-45" range; at the very least I have to scrap off the 40-42 from that range. My lvl 40 golem dies before I even get the first heal out, and that's the standard Magnite I had since lvl 17 --- not some Torsomething I grabbed to try Krixxix.

    It's a really easy thing to determine: if you can outheal his damage, you can solo. If he outdamages your heals, you cannot. Krixxix still falls into the second group, so the next time to try for me is lvl 43, since there's another heal upgrade (and the golem will then be higher level than Krixxix, which may or may not help, but it certainly doesn't hurt). Until then, the amount of damage received by the golem does not suggest that just waiting a level or two will change things.

    So, outdamaging ,y golem won't be an issue for quite some time (although it seems to be one with other monsters since the last Venomous upgrade... seems I can finally outdamage the bashing golem). I need to outheal his damage first :-)

    Level 17 golem? The crystalline magmites? I was told that volcanic magmites have better stats than the crystalline ones, maybe you want to try them?

    Then again, I could be very wrong since this is all hearsay coming from me.

    Volcanic Magmite starts out with a better tanking skill, but Crystalline has better stats.

    It would seem times are changing. I've been trying to get a Krixxix Squad together for days. All I've been able to team up for is a few Cadavers and Farng > < Where are all the lvl32s?

    You might be able to solo him at lvl 33 if you use a ranged pet. His magic damage is slightly less than his physical damage.
    As there is only one ranged pet below lvl 45, i suggest a cactopod. Turn off his skills and let him hit the boss, while all you do is heal him. Will take a while, but should be doable.

    At around 35ish for your pet you can take out Krix with the help of one other Veno. If you both heal the strongest pet between you Krix cannot overwhelm the healing and you can take him out. It will not be fast but it will work.

    I say any 60+ arcane wearing class that have proper resist and have some hp pots can solo krixx.
    tank it with my cleric at 61 and was taking damage around low 200's

    You won't be able to solo him at even 50 tried it and he does 500-600 dmg a hit when buffed.

    Wow, Necro.

    Anyway, I bagged him at 58, with the Magmite still at 57 (mistake on my part, I went there after I levelled up but forgot to level up the Magmite too). Krixxix got him screaming the red "low hitpoints" message every now and then, but I was lucky enough.

    Gouf at 65, Khewy at 73, the gang at 73 too. Failed Luminoc at 77, but he should be doable eventually --- it wasn't a "slash slap crush dead" failure like e.g. General Feng, he just averaged a bit too much damage for me to heal off reliably, so a couple of lucky hits in a row and my golem was gone. 83 should probably be the solution, except that I won't be getting there so I can't try.

    Beyond that, no way --- which reduces the importance of killing Luminoc quite a bit, since Luminoc isn't going to give me the next cultivation level.
    Slow progress, game is getting way too grindy :-( Quests I still hope to be able to do some day: FB39, General Feng
