There's issue with the Friends and Guild list...
She wont refreshing by her self, you need to relog for actually see who's really online and not who was online from when you logged in.

    At the top right next to "Status" in the Guild List is a refresh button. Click it to refresh your guild list. Online/Offline status will refresh but not character lvl.

    As for friends list, it's working perfectly fine refreshing itself. Maybe it's because the friend you have added doesn't have you added. Both players need to have each other added to friend list for it to register.

    That is a known issue though can be fixed easily by clicking on the little symbol in the right hand bottom corner of the guildlist. With the friendslist it does show who is online just not what lvl and where they are so just rightclick name and refresh as well.

    Yeah i know that there's need to be 2 sides accepting there's ! of friendship accepted something like that.
    Im not sure if the friend list refreshing itself.
    And thanks on the guild list = ].
