can someone help me with my update?

i logged off when the last update was starting and now i cant connect to the server ,it is saying that update server is not connecting and to get update from another update server how do i do this ??

    The servers are down, sweetie. If all goes as planned the servers should be up and available again within the next 45 minutes.

    I Have The Most Problems Here,it Goes To Version 28 And Ever Time I Start It Now It Just Says New Update Patch Available Every Time I Load The Damn Thing And It Still Wont Let Me Use Shadows,sun/moon,water,clouds,terrain,soften And Other Stuff Im Not Getting This Heeeeeelp!!
