Like the title says, I have two problems. The first is this:

What's going on?

and the second problem is this:

I can't click on the chest.

What's going on?

    Not sure about your first problem, but the second one might be that you haven't received the quest yet to open the chest. I think you get it at lvl 9.

    the chest you are at is the "wine bottle" quest from the drunkard. sure you are at the right chest. leap of faith is another chest in a high place you have to jump to.

    Try installing East Asian language support to deal with the first issue. For the second, the human Leap of Faith jumping chest is on top of the gate closer to the human newbie zone.

    I should have been more quest specific, but that chest is for the Light as a Feather, and how would i do that language install with Vista?
