Glowing wepons?

Ok i see people with glowing wepons that are blue and some even green or red or orange, Now is this a skill or somthing you do to your wepon? I WANT TO KNOW!b:cry

    You can get a red-glowing weapon with one of the early Archer skills. I think it's called burning arrow. !5 minute +fire damage buff.

    You can also a blue glow by finding some 3-star weapons, a yellow glow by finding Legendary grade items, and a green glow from finding Holy Hall ones. Adding more than a certain number of gem-levels worth (I believe 10 gem-levels of a specific gem or more) to a piece of equipment will also make that equipment glow the corresponding color. Not sure if gems just work for armor alone, or work for armor or weapons.

    There are a few kinds of glowy weapons. Quest rewards are mainly blue. HH weapons are crafted and glow green generally. Legendary weapons are yellow. Armor glows if it's atleast 2 sockets and you put grade 5 gems of the same quality and type in em.

    Ive had plenty of 3star and even 4 start but they werent glowing blue =(

    What i'm wondering is how people are getting that sparkle that circles around the weapon (kinda like general summers) ?
    I checked one person's weapon which was doing that for gems but he didnt have any on it o.o;
    At least I think didn't -fail memory-

    I'm not sure which sparkle you're talking about, but the one that trails in a circle around people's arms, and creates a trail when a user moves. That's done by two Flawless shards of the same type.

    Do you have to be a certain level to use grade 5 gems? Where can you buy grade 5 gems or do you have to get them from drops?

    grade 5 is "average" you can purchase them from jewelcraftsmen.
    or, you can buy/farm for lower tier gems then use jewelcraftsmen to combine them.
