how do you make your own item shop?

    Open your actions window and go to the Trading section, there should be a second icon labeled "Consignment shop." Click on it and follow everything else.

    somewhere in forum i read that your pc has to be always online for having such a shop.
    so my question arnt those shops perma and also there if you are not logged in and / or your pc turned off ?

    yes you have to be connected to the game, hence connected to the net to be able to have your shop open, or if you dont wanna do that, put your stuff in the auction house
