Genesis Guild

Description:
Genesis Guild is unlike many guilds out there.
Despite how strong or powerful other guilds may become, Genesis Guild will always stand as a pinnacle of difference.
When I mean difference I mean a change for the better, by no means will we be a repeat of what other games have held in store.
We have basic standards set in place which a larger description can be viewed.
Take a look at our Guild Standards, it is required that you read and agree with these before joining.

Requirements:
You must be at or above the level of 40(level requirements are subject to change)
You must have read and agreed with the guild code of conduct/standards.
You must be active, mature and friendly.

Able to join? Here is how to get in.
Contact me in game, I know hard right? Aurellius is my name as you know hopefully...
Any Genesis member you see, which you should be able to find, will direct you to a recruiter if you are unable to contact me.
We are mainly looking for Barbarians, Clerics, Archers and Wizards. Blademasters and Venomancers can still join, but do not be suprised if you are declined from entry.

    I read the rules and they're all starting with "I".
    Do you have a supreme leader there?

    I thought guilds are based on equality, guess I was wrong

    The system Genesis has is a successful process.
    While yes I do have full control, it does not mean I express that full control.
    I basically look at Genesis as its own body, if I sit back and let the body do its own thing, it works, if a problem arises then Its my duty to address it.
    The authoritative presentation I've given is simply me expressing that when your in our guild, you are held accountable and there is someone to answer to.
    Me, I answer to the members when I do something wrong.
    The system of your "equality" idea is a similar notion of socialism.
    I however say this guild is equal in a sense that everyone has a say.
    I do have absolute control of the decision, but everyones opinion I take into careful consideration.
    If majority votes we do something, then 95% of the time we do it.
    If that was what you were intending by the equality thing then Genesis has that.

    I am not a Genesis officer of any type nor do I hold any official title within the Faction. However I can truthfully say that what Aurellius has stated is how the Faction operates. When major decisions are to be made then we get a Faction Announcement and people clear Faction Chat and we discuss what is proposed and then we vote as to an action. Then knowing how the Faction feels about a certain idea, Aurellius can do as he pleases as he is the Faction Leader and it is his right. That being said we normally go with the majority when we vote upon an action.

    We help each other out as we can in the Faction. Granted, there are times when people are tied up either in a fb or helping a Faction member complete some sort of quest so that help can take a bit but with patience it does arrive. We can only help so many members so quickly and most of us do help. We offer each other our no longer needed gear first before selling it. We offer up crafting mats when people need a few to complete something. We at times go out of our way to help Faction members when ever we are able to.

    I've been playing on-line games since the mid 80's I think and I've played more on-line games than I can recall. In all that time I must admit that this Faction/Guild is one of the best I've been in. Take that for what it's worth.

    Well if you were ever part or still part of Genesis you would know there is a certain amount of power for all members of the faction. This is the most friendly, helpful and organized group on an online game that I have ever belonged to. Territory Wars are loads of fun for us regardless of the outcome. You will always find people to help you with a boss you need to kill or an FB to run. Theres always someone of every class ready to belong to a Zhen party and teach people just hitting 60 how to participate in one. Its very hard to say this is a totalitarian organization when every member plays their part in decisions.
