Start error

I open the launcher, click start and got an unknown error in chinese.... i got east asian language pack installed.... but still got the error.. anyone help :x?

  Getting the same issue since I updated the game with this latest patch seems to be something with DirectX but can't make it out since it is not in my language.

  Please update your graphics drivers and reinstall the most recent DirectX pack.

  i try >.< anyway does the game need to install files for complex script?... ermm how do i reinstall the direct x?
