When will Jolly Old Jones leave?

Do we know when exactly the Halloween event will be over? Is there a set time when Jolly Old Jones is going to disappear? I would like to know when he will be gone so I can make sure to get all the quests I want to do from him done before he goes.

    I gues he will be gone after monday maintenance.

    Can we get an official response on this? He is not going to disappear at the end of today, right (today being Halloween)?
