what's going on?! my stats keep going down? help!

i got on today and my stats were reduced
magic was 59 went down to 54
dex was 44 then went to 45
vit was 43 gone down to 41
str from 53 to 52

then i lvled up to fix my stats....but once i got back into tomb my stats went down again
and i cn't even use my glowing weapon anymore!!!
what's going on?! please help!!

    not as in my attack power but the other bit

    Have you recently unequipped items with + stat bonuses?
