    Start>Run>DxDiag... That will tell you what your graphics card is, it may take awhile, so be patient :D
    It will be under "Display Drivers"
    Such as...

    Chip Type:
    DAC Type:
    Approx. Total Memory:
    Current Display Mode:
    Monitor:

    yep and u can also try on desktop right click-->properties(XP)/Personalize(Vista)--->display settings--->advanced settings--->adapter
