new skill?

any news on how the new skills are gonna work in the expansion, i mean if our last skill is at 100 then are these gonna be at 120 +, even so the "teaser" skill we got to see made me want to hurl 8 secs of max speed..... hmmm can anyone say trash ?? sure it will help u run away from mobs... oh wait no it wont u have to RUN so if u were in an fb ull just get other ones up ur bum and if u were outside fb ... u could just fly lame useless skill unless ur in the pk server ,,, which im not, is there going to be a class expansion like in are we getting job advancment?
