Pinnaer Foxwings where are they?

I've been trying to get "dull claws" for a while and read they could be had from Pinnaer Foxwings. Where can I find these elusive creatures?b:victory

  They are in the air above Hidden Orchid Valley (SSE of Archosaur).

  They're lvl 34 flying in the air.
