Where and how do I start this thing?

    Reach level 20, talk to Mr. Yeh in Archosaur (543 653), talk to the Dragon Quest director in your race's starting area, and complete the first Dragon Quest. It'll then be available from the Dragon Quest director.

    I made a mistake and took it from on other race's NPC. It allows me to continue it but I think the quest items needed are different.. Does anyone know smtng about it?
    By te way I am 25 lvl now, so I guess I can't trash it and take it again (from the right NPC)

    i haven't done it yet but I'm pretty sure its the same for every race. Now I just need to find 5 dull claws. Anyone know any enemies that drop them commonly?

    This should give you some monsters that drop Dull Claws.
    Yindra --- Lvl 64 Venomancer (Sanctuary)
    Getting too grindy by now :-(

    I drop them from mobs in "the mines" area, southwest of "Broken Bow Bluff". i don't remember the specific mobs but their level is 22-25.
