My game opens...then closes.

It's patched to 24, and, when I click start, the game opens, my cursor changes, and then the game crashes.

Any fixes or solutions?

    Can you provide us the following fields that dxdiag?:

    System Tab - System Information box -
    Operating System :
    Processor :
    Memory :

    Display Tab - device box -
    Name:
    Chip Type:
    Approx Total Memory:

    Display Tab - driver box -
    Main Driver :
    Version :
    Date:

    To open a dxdiag :
    In Vista, type dxdiag in the Start menu search bar
    In other versions of Windows, type dxdiag in the Run command (Start > Run).

    Well, nevermind, that didn't work either.


    I'm running windows vista home premium (6.0, build 6000)
    Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 2.4 ea.
    3070 MB of RAM.

    Nvidia GeForce 8800 GT
    1776 MB Approx. Total Memory

    Well, that rules out driver or language pack issues. Does the problem persist if you set the client to Windowed mode from the Launcher's Settings dialog?

    Try this. disable your firewall for some time,then try to run the game. if you using vista Run as an administrator. this works i hope.. let me know it works or not
