Please, I need help with level 19 cultivation quest!

At level 19 i went to start the quest and it said i couldn't because i didn't have enough experience or reputation. Since then i worked really hard to get 100 reputation and i am level 21 and i still can't get the quest... it said the same thing as when i was level 19. How do i fix this problem and what rep should i have?b:sad Please help.

    You have to do the bankers quest. I did the one were you gather the materials for him. after that you are able to do the cultivation quest.

    Hm? That must be a recent change... I'm pretty sure I completed the bankers stuff well into the 20s.

    Still, extending your safe is never a bad idea, so it doesn't hurt trying :-)

    i have completed the banker quest gathering the mystical meat, power, soft fur ect. Before tryign to get the quest again
