Archer Skill Question

Hey guys. I recently just started playing this game and I just became lvl 9. I got pretty much all the skills i was able to get (except take aim). My frost arrow and winged shield skills say that they require chi and I dont have enough for some reason. how do i get more? thanks

    You get chi my hitting enemy units if I'm not wrong. Chi is the yellow bar where your name appears right below your experience bar. And I suggest you learn Take Aim as it can be useful for later levels.

    im not sure y u would consider take aim a usefull skill, its cast time is painfully long and its dmg is painfully low i personally left it at 1
