wierd error

i recently reinstalled PW on my comp for various reasons
i installed it got it all patched then when i click on the start game button
a wierd error wit the red X pops on
the error is wierd cuz its in a wierd language the title and the error message is in that language
plz somebody reply to me soon tnx

EDIT i have reinstalled it 2 times already it still comes up wit the error

    If you're running WinXP or earlier, please install East Asian language support.

    i am running xp prefessional and i installed the east asian language pack but it still shows same error
    i followed ur instructions and did it but it still shows same error

    Can you provide us the following fields that dxdiag?:

    System Tab - System Information box -
    Operating System :
    Processor :
    Memory :

    Display Tab - device box -
    Name:
    Chip Type:
    Approx Total Memory:

    Display Tab - driver box -
    Main Driver :
    Version :
    Date:

    To open a dxdiag :
    In Vista, type dxdiag in the Start menu search bar
    In other versions of Windows, type dxdiag in the Run command (Start > Run).

    That's a problem. It indicates that nothing is being read about your graphics devices, usually because no driver has been installed for it. If you know the exact make and model of your computer, I may be able to track down the driver name, but I'd recommend trying detection programs like Everest and seeing what they can find for your graphics adapter.

    my computer has the same problem and on the notice it has yes or no ive clicked both and the screen goes black for a minute or so then goes and closes pw
