Heavens Trial Quest

I received a quest called Heavens Trial in which i have to collect tokens of the 5 elements from the essences of the 5 elements in corresponding gorges. Says in the Valley of Disaster. I see where that dungeon is but wondering how you do that quest. It doesn't really explain that much in the quest guide. Where are the gorges exactly? I'm totally lost on this one. If anyone has any more detail and come coords it would be very appreciated. Thanks

    I also got another quest for the same area...had to collect 10 mysterywood fruit and have to deliver to some guy in same area...anyone know where he is? oh and one more question...does anyone every look at these questions anymore?
