Is it normal for me to get about 109 MS of server lag from the East Coast of the US?

    Lag you say, well i live in Europe and get about 200ms ping but the game is quite playable, with 109 you should be fine

    109 ms is very good for a residential connection. It should not be perceptable in normal play.

    This is my speed test results , not sure if it's "Good".

    - Also when using a hot key skill such as F2 for Elf , It takes about 2-4 seconds for the skill to actually start and when I kill the monster the animation for it doesn't start till about 3-5 seconds after I actually killed it.
