Your post shows up here. Clicking your name, and then clicking "Find All Posts by" can help locate these things.

    Screenshots go to C:\Program Files\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International\element\screenshots

I'll repeat the question I asked before :

Can you provide us the following fields that dxdiag?:

System Tab - System Information box -
    Operating System :
    Processor :
    Memory :

Display Tab - device box -
    Name:
    Chip Type:
    Approx Total Memory:

Display Tab - driver box -
    Main Driver :
    Version :
    Date:

    To open a dxdiag :
In Vista, type dxdiag in the Start menu search bar
In other versions of Windows, type dxdiag in the Run command (Start > Run).

Please do not use any symbols other than alphanumerics, commas, and periods.

Please update your drivers to their most recent release (Vista-32-bit here, Vista-64-bit here).

Taking Screenshots of your desktop puts the image into a clipboard. You'll need to use an image editing program (such as Paint) to save them by opening the image editor and pressing CTRL and V at the same time, then saving it as a .jpg file somewhere easy to find.

Please try clicking Verify from the launcher, as well.
