The Halloween quest, Is there a level requirement?
And where are the locations, in relativity to the human, elf, and untamed starting cities?
Or get me a map?
Please?

    Old Jolly Jones can be found in Battlemark Village, The Northern Pass, or Inn of the Eagle...
    They can be browse by pressing 'M' for your map...
    It's basically the town that you start with...

    There's already thread on it. Do hope you can browse or search before posting it... =D

    First off, its guardian angel. You can buy it off other players or purchase them from the item mall with real world money.
