Charm annoyance :-/

Well, I can understand the business case behind it, but it's still annoying... they trigger *far* too early.

I recently noticed that the reason the Elder wanted to give me "Initiative" all the time wasn't because it was repeatable --- it was because I hadn't done it. So I did it, and got the Guardian Charm. Life saver never hurts.

Except that the stupid thing never saves me, it always triggers needlessly.

Yes, I know, cash shop promotion, you want those items to be used up quickly, and I should have gotten it at lvl 4 and long forgotten about it... so yeah, just ranting a bit :-(

Of course, it has it's good sides --- if I ever get to buy something, I know it won't be charms :-)
Yindra --- Lvl 64 Venomancer (Sanctuary)
Getting too grindy by now :-(

Guardian isn't synonymous with Guardian Charm. It's there to protect you, yes, but in certain ways than others. It's not meant to heal you back to full health when you're severely low, but rather at the specified % that is given to that charm (I believe it was below 50% for health, and below 75% for mana before it would regenerate for the quest charm).

I personally think the 75% trigger for mana is way too early. If anything these charms should trigger at 40-50%. Apothecary is my best friend =)

Most of the time i cant even buff myself before my spirit charm ticks, which is *highly* annoying. on top of that 75% normally means it ticks nearly every mob when i am solo where as if it were set to 50% i could rest between them. I love mobs without AoE as my apothocary regain is higher then my heals typically (as i am not in attack mode)

I just wish you could turn them on and off. Since my main is a BM he has a very small spirit pool. sometimes just a buff will trip it off. I really need to get it down to less than 50% to not waste a potion with over filling. I can't even use the **** candy with a 500 point buff before it the charm refills it. What i have been doing is when the charm runs out burn all my potions and now the candy grinding on some single pull non running mobs where I have time to micro manage spirit.

I really hate mobs that cast a drain mana since it pretty much directly burns off the charm even after the mob is long dead.

Yeah... Would suggest that the charm can be turn on and off... or to set at different percentage up to individual...

Coz I saw a quest that needs to 'dies'... I wonder how I am going to 'die', if my HP charm is on, and cannot get it down.... Moreover, its a new charm... omg...
