Once I hit lv 10 this thing came up and said I was now able to speak in world chat. But until I payed like 1k gold I had to wait every 30 seconds in between each comment.

However when I try to talk in world chat, it still gives me the message that i am either to low or dont have some type of item in my inven to do so.

so what item do i need to talk in world chat and where can i find it in game. also where do i pay the 1k to talk continuously? thx

    Read it again: it says you're too low --- which apparently isn't the case --- or you don't have the cash shop item. Don't ask me why they didn't put 2 separates error messages into the game (it's not like they need to work on messages like they do on gfx), but apparently you lack the cash shop item.

    Which is different from other games --- in Perfect World, it's a "one shot" item, so every world chat message your send consumes one.

    I think you need a cash shop item named "Teleacoustics" in order to speak in world chat.
