crafting levels ??????

Ok....I have a noob question....I got all the way thru Level 1 on ring making but I never went "ding" to get to Level 2.........how do I ding to move on to the next level....my XP bar says 100% now

    Visit town Elder to learn next level.

    You can visit any of the starter towns and talk to the elder. He/she will have an option for you to upgrade crafting skills. This costs a bit of SP and cash but is well worth it! Visit your town elder ASAP!

    also, starting with lvl 3 of ur craftsmanship ull need to get aspecific level before you can upgrade ur crafting's lvl.

    for example, to get craftsman/tailo/blacksmith/apothecary lvl 4,u need to get to lvl 50 and do a specific quest, you are notified of this and elder also instructs u on it.
