trouble logging in

HI there I was wondering if someone could help. Ive been playing the game most of the day then log off and when I go to log on it says that my client is low yet Im up to date and now it wont even let me get to the log in part any ideas

    tried that hun and stil not getting anywhere I get this box pop up with screwed up writing if possible I will include a ss shortly

    If just downloaded the manual patch now so fingers crossed something happens good but if not will still send in screenie

    That occurs when you click Verify? Can you install East Asian language support, if you haven't already?
