GM!! Need help with the disconnection problem in game

i got disconnection problem in game like every 2-3 min. on both server and it been like 4 day already and still nothing have been done to fix this problem mad::::mad::mad::mad::. I am getting very unpaient about this issue. this disconnection problem show up right after i updated the game from patch 4 to patch 8, i try everything i can come up with but nothing work.

Oh and one more thing, when i start the PW launcher on the top right hand corner, it show the time "September 10, 2008 11:54 pm" , that around the time when i keep getting disconnected in game. I dont know why is that and i would like to have an answer or solution to this matter. You people make alot $ out of us player by selling "zen" so treat us player like a human and dont just ignore this problem. cuz usually in the chinese PW server, customer service really fast handling these kind of problem and i think that this PW international server kind of like avoiding it and dont want to do anything about it.
