Crafting Level vs. Item Grade

Hi guys, I'm a little confused on what level gear a person can craft depending on their Profession level and I was hoping someone could explain. For example, if I was a Level 2 Blacksmith, can I make any Lv3 gear?

I'm Lv20 at the moment with 20/20 Lv2 in Blacksmithing, Tailoring, and Craftsmanship. I'm considering buying a Mold: Sword of Burning Clouds which is a Lv5 item with a Lv22 requirement for use but I've heard that you can't even get a Lv4 Profession until you do a Lv50 quest. Is there any chance I can make the item and use it at Lv22 or is it literally impossible because I won't have access to the necessary Profession level?

Thanks.

Ok, on the manufacturing screen, select the item you want to create (of comperable level to the mold weapon.), then look below the boxes. It will say, "Requires level X". That is the level of crafter on smithing that you will need to make that item. You can make lvl 5 and 6 gear at lvl 3 smith.

Ah I see, the problem was I don't have yet the mold and I didn't want to buy it if I wouldn't be able to use the item. You're sure that I'll be able to make the Lv5 Mold at 0/20 Lv3 Blacksmithing though?
