Still cant log in, timeouts

Okay, it's now 4:40 am where I am, the servers are green in the patcher and on the site and it still times me out and tells me I cannot connect. What is the problem? I'm getting pissed.

    The servers are DOWN! Please check the official announcement ie the stickys.

    Then they should change the status from green and flashing to red and grey then shouldn't they? That's just unacceptable.
