i cant updtate perfect world!

right once i try to update perfect world it says

(unable to connect, something something)
(update interupted)

when i have everything absalutley closed
it wont update....
i need help

    The patch servers were just recently rebooted with this week's patch. Please try patching again, the game servers themselves will be up by 1am PST.

    I'm having the same problems trying to get the update, it's going so far then quitting.
