Crush problem...any advice please?

Hello everyone!...


Well i recently installed the client and updated it with any needed patches...BUT...when i stard the game and log in the game crushes...the screen keeps freezing and the only option is to restart my PC...

Any ideas how to fix it? (btw it only does that to this game...meaning its not a problem my PC causes if that helps)

    Please run a Verify from the launcher, and install East Asian Language support, if possible.

    Can you provide us the following fields from a DXdiag :

    System Tab - System Information box -
    Operating System :
    Processor :
    Memory :

    Display Tab - device box -
    Name:
    Chip Type:
    Approx Total Memory:

    Display Tab - driver box -
    Main Driver :
    Version :
    Date:

    To open a dxdiag :
    In Vista, type dxdiag in the Start menu search bar
    In other versions of Windows, type dxdiag in the Run command (Start > Run)

    I'm having the same problem, although mine's not quite as bad. It starts up after a bit again, but it's still freezing alot.

    Operating System: Windows Vista Home Premium (6.0, Build 6001)
    Processor: AMD Turion

    You should still be able to edit the matter, although you can't delete posts. The boards don't seem to like a lot of accent or atypical symbols.

    If you're using a Turion X2 please use the AMD Optimizer. I expect the issue is more directly tied to the Display Tab information, though.

    Here's same problem.
    I can play 1min - 1 hour but finally its crashes, first i think it's my graphic card but this is only game where i have problem.
    Only thing i can do is reset.

    Windows XP SP2 32bit
    Intel Dual Core
    Nvidia 8800 GT 512MB/ Drivers ver. 178.24

    To both of you having the issues.
    Just for safety, i'd recommend installing Windows XP SP3 if you can.
    Also try updating your graphics card drivers HERE: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
    (I see that you already have the 178.24 which is same as i have on my 8800GTX, so should work for you already)

    If that doesnt work, try making sure that your PC is not getting too warm. Crashes can often also be caused by that matter, but i'd hardly believe it if you have an 8800GT.

    perasuoli, your drivers look good. Make sure you have East Asian Language support installed, and try changing processor affinity. From the Launcher, please click the Verify button.

    Have you been able to run similarly complex games on this computer without a problem?
