Can you describe your local area connection, and how you're connecting to the internet? If you're using a wireless connection, switching to a wired one can remove a lot of issues.

any difficulties are usually down to your internet provider and your line, i runa cabled connection to my hub as it is the most efficient and fastest way.

i had a problem where i got DC'ed 20 times in 2 days ^^ but that was coz my whole internet was crippled and slow due to a line fault.

make sure you internet is running as usual, and if it still persists then phone up your isp

Santacruz3r, that sounds like a different issue. Can I ask what your wireless card uses, software- and hardare-wise? Do you connect with special software from its manufacturer, or use the Windows tool? Is it USB-based, internal to your computer, or using a cardslot?

Hmm.. You firewall/router might be blocking port 29000 then, as that is the port the game uses. Try going into your router and forward that port, and see if that'd solve it.
If you've played before i'd have no solution to help you. - Have you got a new router/internet reset lately? Cause that could also cause the port being closed.
You know, faults happen, its hard to keep an internet with tons of people capable of running 100% all the time b:laugh

Deforest, if the problem persists, can you download nmap and use the command "nmap -p29000 -PN pwigc3.perfectworld.com" within its zenmap GUI?
