Teleporting to territories you own

Question about teleporting to cities that you own.
my understanding is that you get to do this once an hour. Now I understand that you have to have "opened" the teleport before it can be activated from the map.

I am in ViTaLiTy guild and we have two territories.
Deserted Sea and Dribbling Springs.

I can teleport to Deserted no problem but where do I go to open the portal for Dribbling Springs.
Is this option only if the territory has a teleporter??. Broken bridge is close but that teleporter does not register for the Map.
When I click the territory on the map and the teleport option comes up it is blank.

    Every town you own should have a teleporter npc and yes you have to activate him/her.

    some territories simply don'T have town in them that you could teleport to, guess that is the case there.

    deserted sea doesnt have a teleport point ;[

    You say that they all should have one. Then where is Dribbling Springs teleporter located at?

    Have you tried Sandsong, or is that the one that lets you teleport to DS?

    Have you tried Sandsong, or is that the one that lets you teleport to DS?

    I have Sandsong teleport.
    I guess when they say that every territory has a free teleport that only means
    some of the terrritories have teleports.

    oh i thought he meant some other thing cuz i cant tele to the territory my guild owns for some reasons says ''u cannot travel with ur faction in ur currnet state

    nvm lol my town tele was on cd thats why i couldnt do it
