Pet skill forget/learn scrolls

Alright I have been looking in game, in the cash shop and just about anywhere else, and no one seems to know.

Where do I buy/make/find them. I want to change my abnormal cactopod' skills. Giveing it thurnderbolt or just removeing and changeing it's skill to thunder bolt.

    bump? I looked though all ingame guides and on here heck I even looked though the wiki, I've got nothing!

    Achosaur. Southeast corner. Like as far southeast as you can go. Don't remember the NPC name, but that's where you buy pet skills. She's standing on a hill with lots of little pets around her. There's another guy for water pets, he's near the elder of archosaur. Be ready to spend some money though, pet skills are expensive
