FB19 Bug? (Elf One)

i got sum1 to help me do the quest
after the boss died, i put in the scroll into the pillar
however i didnt realize that i did not kill enough Stoneskin Undines
i tried trashing the quest and getting the scroll again to do the quest
but i couldnt do it.
does this mean i cant finish the quest nymore?

    Ummmm, I do not remember you needing a scroll for the undines. The tablet was for the boss quest. The undines r their own quest

    ya the quest using the tablet and the kill 12 undines then kill the boss quest are separate. The tablet activates the call of duty quest which gives the exp bonus when the boss is killed.

    You also should put the tablet in before you fight the boss.

    I ran the dungeon 2 times in a row.. I had the tablet on me, but didn't have any quest for the boss. i hit the pillar at the beginning to start the timer, headed to the boss. I couldnt activate the pillar before OR after boss (in final room) We killed boss, and now I have xenobeast blood, but noone to turn it into... any ideas?

    have to kill undines first to get boss quest. you should put tablets at the end where the boss is.

    To use the tablet, you have to be the leader of the squad. That may have been your problem.

    Ok, here's how the FB's work....

    The tablet isnt required for you to kill the quest mobs OR the main mob, but it IS required for your group to gain xp for killing the main mob and for you to complete your part of the quest. In order for anyone to recieve credit for the kill and/or the quest, you must use a tablet, and the only person who can use the tablet is the leader of the squad.

    Here's where it gets confusing. Lets say John and Jane are both level 19 venomancers. They both have tablets and they both need to complete the quest. If John and Jane begin a squad with 4 other members to tackle the dungeon, only 1 of them needs to use their tablet. So if John was the leader, he would use his tablet BEFORE killing the main mob and then he, Jane and everyone else would get xp AND quest completion. Therefore, Jane could go back later, use HER tablet, and kill the boss all over again for more experience.

    There's one more catch. A human cant use his tablet in the FB dungeons for elves and untamed, and vice-versa. You can only use the tablet YOU have in YOUR home dungeon when YOU are the leader of the squad.

    If you dont use the tablet and you're the leader of the squad, the only person who gets quest credit OR experience for killing the main boss is you.
