Mount Problems

I'm level 22 and i bought a panther mount, with the Spurs to lower the level requirement from 40 to 20.
I went to the pet manager to hatch the mount but it says my level is too low, but i can't right click the spurs from my inventory or anything.

How do i go from where i am right now-- to being able to ride my mount?
Please respond!!

    *you* cant upgrade the mount, you have to take it to the pet-something npc in arch and let the npc "equip" the spurs on your mount.

    Here's what you do:

    Assuming you have the following in your inventory:

    1x Windsprint Panther
    1x Spurs of Alacrity

    1. Speak to the Pet Manager
    2. Select "Upgrade Pet",
    3. Select "Swift",
    4. Select the" Windsprint Panther",
    5. Select "Start",
    6. Wait for the bar to finish,
    7. You'll notice that the "Windsprint Panther" has now turned into the "Swift Onyx Jaguar" (now with level requirement of 20),
    8. Close the windows,
    9. Speak to the Pet Manager again,
    10. Select "Hatch Pet Egg",
    11. Drag the "Swift Onyx Jaguar" into the "Pet Egg" space,
    12. Select "Hatch".

    i tryed to do that with my rabtor but couldnt get it to work

    im level 20

    got the raptor and the level 60 to 20 spures in my inventory

    please help

    Um, I did what you said. When I clicked 'hatch' for the final time, my Quick Vicious Raptor disappeared from my inventory... Wheredid it go?

    You can press P to bring up your pet bag; the raptor should be in there.
