The issue isn't the version on our servers: they've been tested, and had users install through them without an issue. Unfortunately, even the best transmission method has a chance of corruption, incorrect transmission, or false termination; and TCP:HTTP is not the best method, just the simplest for users to access. Very large files are more prone to these issues.

There is a potential work-around here, if you believe only a small part of the file was corrupted, or that the error is given incorrectly, but it may produce a corrupt install. On the other hand, it may save you time if the only part of the install that is corrupt is a ten-kilobyte text file.

Its not, and the whole Data Pack 2, do I need to install datapack 2 again or is there something else I need to do?

It will not open as a text file for some reason

*.pck files don't open well as text files; the above methodology is more interesting in you unpacking the .pck, changing the checksum of an .ini file within, and repacking it.

But redownloading Data Pack 2 is probably your best bet.
