Do u lose SP when die?
just thought if u dont lose them, then its not that bad to die, cuz then can earn more SP...

    Nope you don't. I'd think that leveling and doing quests would be the best way to get it though.

    You do not lose spirit points when you die and you are correct that dying is the only effective way to catch up on spirit points. Doing quests and leveling does give you spirit points, but it also gives you experience and you just get more and more behind the more levels you gain unless you do some dying.

    Eventually you will get enough spirit points to cap out all your skills even if you do not do a lot of dying but that happens sometime around level 90. If you want to have more skills than the average player before then you will need to do some dying.

    Whether or not it is worth it is a personal decision that only you can answer. For some people the only thing that matters is how high in level they are. Those people would not want to die to catch up in skills. Some people however care about how good they are at the current level they are at, and those people would benefit from dying.
